There have also been a number of changes to the Fixed penalty handbook which can be downloaded from the Office of State Revenue web site (formerly the Infringement Processing Bureau) at www.osr.nsw.gov.au

Caution Guidelines being released 26 March 2010 The Attorney Generals Department are releasing guidelines for the Issuing of Cautions.
